How billing works

Per device
Each approved, active phone or tablet of a member who has signed in. People aren't billed.
Shared devices
A phone or tablet that stays in a vehicle is one device, however many drivers use it.
48 hours
A device used for less than 48 hours in a month isn't billed for that month.
Monthly or yearly
$15 a month, or $150 a year per device. Yearly is two months free.
Changes
Devices you remove drop off at renewal, with no credit for part of a period.

  • No. Dashivo Pro is billed per device: each approved phone or tablet in use. A shared tablet in a vehicle counts once, however many drivers use it.

  • Everything in Dashivo Pro: dispatch, the live map, routes, messages, push-to-talk and calls, recording in the app, scores, files, people and devices. Cloud storage is an add-on.

  • Yes. A year is $150 per device, two months free compared with paying monthly.

  • The Dashivo Pro app runs on iPhone and Android phones, and the console in any modern browser, on a computer or a tablet.
