Messages & calls

Work messages are end-to-end encrypted by default, between dispatch, teams and drivers.

  • Team groups and direct messages, with photos and video
  • Push-to-talk voice messages
  • Voice calls between dispatch and drivers, encrypted between the two devices and never recorded
  • A moving driver can only call dispatch, and calls to a moving driver wait until they slow down, unless marked urgent
  • Company oversight is off by default. Only the Owner can turn it on so managers can read new work messages, and everyone is told

Devices & seats

Only approved phones and tablets get in. You're billed per device, not per person.

  • Approve or remove a device at any time
  • A shared phone or tablet in a vehicle: drivers sign in or switch with a PIN, and it's one device
  • A device used under 48 hours in a month isn't billed

Security

Sessions that end themselves, and phones that lock.

  • Automatic sign-out for idle web sessions, with limits you set
  • An app lock on the phone: a PIN, Face ID or Touch ID
